Work directly with me, Samir Patel—an infrastructure engineer, developer, and co-founder of SiteMills, a technology platform for building and hosting websites and applications. I’ve been building for the web since 2001. I’ll help you shape your project, build it, and understand what happens next, without expecting you to know the technical details.
SiteMills hosts its own servers. My work includes Kubernetes infrastructure, deployment automation, networking, monitoring, storage, and recovery. That means I can help you think through the whole path from an idea to a working, maintainable product.

What do the $5, $10 and $20 plans include?
Tech solutions start at $5/month, with Enhanced at $10/month and Advanced at $20/month. I’ll help you choose a plan and confirm the features, edits, and support for your project. Larger projects or extra services can cost more; you’ll know the price before committing. Existing agreed prices are unchanged.
What free edits are included?
You can keep requesting edits within the project scope we agree—such as changes to wording, content, or layout. We’ll refine it together. New features, a larger rebuild, or third-party costs are discussed separately before any extra work or charges.
Which projects qualify for a free preview?
Ask me about your idea. If we can show a focused first version without paid development, hardware, or third-party services, I can offer a free initial preview. We’ll agree what it covers first. No credit card or obligation to continue.
Is hosting included? What about my domain or cancellation?
SiteMills hosting and a secure HTTPS connection are included for your website or app. I can help connect your domain; domain registration and renewal are paid separately. You can cancel without a minimum term or cancellation fee, and service continues through the period you’ve paid for.
Are there other costs for payments, messages, or connected tools?
Some features use outside services, subscriptions, or hardware. For example, Stripe has account approval requirements and payment-processing fees, and text-message providers may charge for setup or usage. We’ll go through any costs and account setup your project needs before you commit.
Already use another tool? Need a custom connection?
You’re not limited to the examples above. Tell me what you use and what you want it to do. I’ll check service access and device compatibility first; camera and access-control options currently support compatible Eufy devices. For AI and automation, we’ll agree what runs automatically and what needs your approval.
What is a phone app or PWA?
It’s an app people open from your website and can add to their phone’s home screen—without an app-store download. It can support bookings, payments, private accounts, and more. Installation and notifications depend on the phone and browser; notifications need permission, and on iPhone the app must first be added to the home screen.
What else could you build for me?
A league with schedules and standings. A club with memberships and events. A portal for client requests and project updates. Tools for inventory, bookings, or everyday admin. Each person only sees what they’re allowed to access. Start with the problem you’d like to solve; we’ll work out the features together.
